The 108-Step Manufacturing Process

1. Design patterns

3. Wire inlay

4. Applying Enamel

5. Calcination

7. Gold plating

   After the cloisonné piece has been polished and smoothed, it undergoes acid washing, cleaning, and sandblasting before being placed in a gold plating bath.
