The 108-Step Manufacturing Process
-
The inspiration for the creations comes from a long-term and persistent study of China traditional culture, which has led to both divergent and convergent thinking. Creation is far more complex than simply imagining.

-
Making the copper billet mold is the first step in cloisonné production; only after a certain model is formed can the next step be carried out. This step takes 72 hours of hand hammering, as the mold shape defines the whole artwork theme.

-
The copper is forged into flat wires, which are then hand-pinched into patterns such as flowers, clouds, geometric shapes, figures, or animals. A natural adhesive made from Chinese medicine is used to attach the pinned copper wires to the copper base according to the design drawings.

-
Before the applying enamel process, the copper wire frame needs to undergo firing, leveling, and wire straightening. Enameling uses glaze made from ground natural minerals. According to the colors indicated by the pattern, the glaze is repeatedly applied into the copper wire decorative frame using an enameling gun or test tube.

-
After cooling, it becomes a beautiful glaze that is fixed on the body. At this time, the glaze is lower than the height of the copper wire, so the glaze needs to be filled again. After sintering, the entire enameled body is placed in a high-temperature furnace of about 800 degrees Celsius and fired with some mineral stone powder as fuel. The glaze melts from a granular solid into a liquid. This process usually takes four or five times until the glaze is filled to the same level as the cloisonné pattern.

-
The fired objects are placed in water and polished step by step with coarse sandstone, fine sandstone, yellow stone, and linden charcoal for 24 hours until the surface is smooth as a mirror. Finally, linden charcoal and a scraper are used to smooth and polish the copper lines, bottom lines, and rims that are not covered with blue glaze.

-
After the cloisonné piece has been polished and smoothed, it undergoes acid washing, cleaning, and sandblasting before being placed in a gold plating bath. An electric current is then applied, causing the gold to adhere firmly to the metal parts of the cloisonné. Following washing, rinsing, and drying, a dazzling cloisonné piece emerges.

International Packaging & GCC Logistics Support
Custom cross-border packaging solution solving shipping pain points of Middle East bulk buyers:
- Multi-Layer Shock Absorption: High-density customized foam inner lining combined with solid wooden outer boxes completely prevents enamel chipping and metal deformation during long-distance ocean freight.
- Climate Protection: Specialized anti-oxidation wrapping paper ensures protection from high-humidity and high-temperature desert air during transit hubs.
- Direct GCC Fulfillment: Integrated logistics coordination delivering straight to the Dubai Free Zone and major national distribution hubs across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
- Customs Optimization: Pre-labeled international outer cartons matching all standardized GCC import and customs declaration requirements.
Core Advantages vs Mass-Produced Ordinary Cloisonne
- Craft Hours Gap: Ordinary mass-market cloisonné requires only 7–10 days; our imperial artwork demands over 1,200 hours of precision handcraft following the full 108 royal decree procedures.
- Material Integrity: Standard commercial alternatives utilize thin brass with cheap alloy electroplating; our artwork is forged from a heavy, solid purple copper base layered with genuine, thick 24K gold plating using a patented anti-oxidation luster technique.
- Investment Value: Mass decorative items offer zero traceable provenance. This mirror is restricted to an uncompromising 4 units globally, featuring dual master signatures, unique base-stamped serial numbers, and official collection archives.
- Market Protection: B2B regional distributor exclusivity is available to qualified luxury boutique partners across the GCC to completely prevent cross-border or digital price competition.
